Major reform programs succeed or fail on delivery, not just design. Pivot leads transformation programs end to end, from process redesign through to the implementation oversight that turns a plan into a system that actually works on the ground.
Transformation support is needed when a reform program is too complex to manage through business-as-usual project structures: multiple stakeholders, interdependent workstreams, high execution risk, or a history of implementation failure.
We are engaged when leaders have a direction but need experienced oversight to keep delivery on track, when process and system changes need to land together, or when a program has stalled and an independent view of what is blocking progress is required.
We review and redesign end-to-end processes: the procedures, workflows, and operational practices that determine how work actually gets done, and how change will land in practice.
Process redesign is grounded in how staff actually work, not idealised models. We map current state, identify where friction and failure points sit, and design future state processes that are implementable within existing legislative, policy, and technology constraints.
We lead and oversee major transformation programs, including multi-stakeholder reform initiatives and the rollout of new systems and ways of working, with the analytical rigour to manage execution risk.
Oversight includes program governance, risk identification, stakeholder management, and the ongoing assessment of whether delivery is on track or whether the approach needs to change. We are not passive reviewers. We work inside the program to keep it moving.
Transformation work requires proximity: to decision-making, operational detail, and the relationships that determine whether change is adopted or resisted. We stay close enough to understand how ministerial and executive priorities shift mid-program, and what it takes for change to hold after the engagement ends.
